Rates
GreenStar quotes rates PER JOB -- not per hour/employee like most residential cleaning services. We will never penalize you if we under-estimate the amount of time it will take to clean your home.
The following table lists sample rates based on the square footage of your home. The rates listed are for regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings, per job (not hour) and should be used as a guide only. The final rate will be determined after the free, no-obligation in-home estimate. See the "FAQs" page under the "How Much Will It Cost" heading for more information regarding rates. Please contact us for rates for our other services (One-time, Move-in/Move-out, Seasonal, Event, etc.).

Final rate may be lower, or higher and depends on size of home, number of rooms, types of flooring, condition, clutter, etc.. The final rate will be determined after the free, no-obligation in-home estimate. All regularly-scheduled maintenance cleanings require an initial "deep cleaning" to prepare the home for maintenance cleaning.
