GreenStar is a professional, insured and bonded residential cleaning service. When you use GreenStar you can be assured you are not at risk for taxes and liability for our employees. GreenStar maintains appropriate liability insurance, complies with all tax laws and provides worker compensation insurance. If, and when, we hire third-party contractors we ensure they comply with all tax and insurance requirements as well.
We use non-toxic, environmentally safe products and practices to clean your home. GreenStar is made up of like-minded people who believe in eco-friendliness, sustainability and keeping our planet free of toxins. We believe harsh and toxic chemicals are never needed to maintain a clean home. We use eco-friendly products certified by Green Seal and GreenGuard. These products clean as well, if not better than, conventional cleaning products. GreenStar also endeavors to produce no waste by never using paper and disposable cleaning tools. We use microfiber cleaning cloths and mops instead. Microfiber is a scientific-weave that cleans better, traps toxins and germs and lasts longer than conventional paper and cotton cloths. Microfiber also allows us to use less cleaning solution and no-rinse formulas thereby helping to minimize water use.

GreenStar is located in High Point, NC -- the Piedmont Triad metro area. We service primarily Guilford and Forsyth counties including High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and all the suburbs in between. If you are unsure if we serve your area please contact us to inquire.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! GreenStar is appropriately bonded and insured to operate in the State of North Carolina. All of our cleaning staff are thoroughly background-checked and professionally classroom and field-trained before they are assigned to a customer route.
Do you accept debit or credit cards?
Yes. We accept debit and credit card payments through Paypal.com at no additional cost to you. We will provide more information about this service during our initial consultation.
What kind of products do you use?
We use products that are Green Seal and/or GreenGuard-certified from a variety of manufacturers. We also use mops and microfiber cloths that are environmentally friendly. We never use harsh or toxic chemicals. Our goal is to help you improve your indoor air quality while providing an exceptional "clean" -- the green way!
Do you work weekends?
No. And... yes. Our normal cleaning hours are generally from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. We prefer to do initial consultations on Saturday and Sunday. However, we value our clients and will work with them to accommodate special requests such as cleaning on weekends.

Contact us via E-mail, or telephone (336-455-8076) to schedule an initial in-home consultation and estimate. During this consultation our representative will:
--Determine the size of your home
--Ascertain the number of rooms to be cleaned
--Consult with you to get an idea of what your priorities are for cleaning
--Develop a "Home Plan" with ETT's (Estimated Task Times)
We review the "Home Plan" with you and once agreed, will set a time to start services. We have customers on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules. We also provide Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Remodel/Build, Post Party/Event, One-Time Only and other services.

Green Seal and GreenGuard are nationally-recognized, independent, non-profit organizations that identifies and promotes products that meet environmental standards.
What does being a member of ARCSI mean?

GreenStar loves pets! However, cleaning and pets do not always go hand-in-hand. We ask that you gate or crate your animal(s), or place them in a room that will not be cleaned, when we are servicing your home. GreenStar cannot be responsible for pets that escape, have special needs, make a mess, etc..
What about laundry, dishes, litter boxes, carpet cleaning, etc.?
GreenStar is a professional cleaning service. We are not a janatorial or maid service. We will be happy to refer you to reputable area businesses for these needs.
